Personally, all the shows on his site are worth downloading and listening to, because, they're Social Distortion. It has taken me a few months, but last weekend I finally finished downloading everything on his site, and I'd have to say the following shows are especially worth your attention:
10/31/90- Cleveland, OH Empire Concert Hall (a radio event, amazing sound quality, great selection of songs, my favorite bootleg from the Self Titled era).
2/24/92- NY, NY CBGB's (one of the best SBHAH era bootlegs, a great recording of Born To Lose).
6/7/03- Fullerton, CA Hootenanny (a lot of songs they have never played before, guest appearance on Guns Of brixton by Mike's son).
3/6/05- St. Petersburg, FL Jannus Landing (amazing show, and really captures the intensity of a Social Distortion show. Its only weaknesses are Mike's straining harsh voice, and a little lyrical mess-up on Highway 101, other than that, one of my favorite shows there).
8/18/05- Hasselt, Belgium Pukkelpop Festival (my favorite festival show bootleg).
10/11/06- Brooklyn, NY Warsaw (my favorite '06 bootleg, really intense show, and the jaw-dropping, bluesy Bye Bye Baby).
Hope that helps.

The sound is not the best on some of these but I really like:
Whiskey '82
Chubby Bear '88
Toad's Place '92
Sunset Station '06
Ness at Woodstock '99

6/7/03- Fullerton, CA Hootenanny
just took a listen for the first time. A very good show with a very diverse setlist, unfortunitly I just can't recommend that recording. Way to much crowd noise/talking in between and during songs.
SD almost sounds like backround music. Next....
